A mock up style frame I made for a gushers commercial. Construction project takes place and cement pour machine runs out of cement. A worker comes over to tell the foreman about the issue, he trips and falls, hitting the foreman and squashing him unfortunately, into a delicious sweet pulp, with a hammer in his hand. Shortly after, a worker who drives a bulldozer pushes the remaining pulp into the area, which requires more cement.
A info story animation created in a team of three people. The concept is a democracy vs a republic, and e-voting. We wanted to go 3D and flat at the same time. To tie in the 3D with 2D, we also added a digital analog video effect, paying homage to shows like the Magic School Bus. Friendly for all ages.

Bringing Education Back to the Community
Going to school should be fun, hopeful, and inviting. Communicating the relationship of Target and the people who shop there, should go in that order. I came to a 3D approach with atmospheric perspective into the distance, in order to create a happy environment. Every day should be a happy day.
An animation of a milk factory. Describing my discomforts in a pleasent visual narrative. I dont like milk, thus there is no milk in the milk factory. I believe in order therefore there is the assembly line. I dont like being pulled into a corner, the reason why the carton is in person over view shot falling into a dark abyss.
Style frames from a spot for target. Stills from a animation. The theme was how to engage consumers and infuse education into the video. I used a rube goldberg machine for this purpose.
Style frames created to pitch, the key moments for an introduction title sequence for the movie "The Prestige." The idea was to illustrate a metaphorical approach to the three acts in a magic trick. The first is the pledge, the magician shows you something ordinary but it probably isn't. The second act, the turn, the magician makes the ordinary into something extraordinary. The third act the prestige, the parts with the twists and turns where lives hang in balance, something you've never seen before.
